Our government has lost its moral compass.
How are law-abiding citizens who act to uphold the laws of the country are persecuted, meanwhile undocumented foreign nationals, who have broken our laws, by entering South Africa illegally, are shielded under the banner of human rights.
This is not justice; it is selective enforcement of the laws of the country.
During apartheid, unfair laws were passed that were detrimental to large groups of the population, and the judiciary was complicit then, by upholding such laws, just as it is now.
Human rights do not mean you can break the law and get away with it. If a person is undocumented, the law must apply, the unlawful act cannot be ratified after the fact. Anything less is a betrayal of both justice and the people of South Africa.
Honestly, at this rate criminals will soon be demanding for their own rooms and snacks, because once you have broken into someone’s house, apparently you are part of the family now.

There should be a facility where foreigners officially aly for medical treatment, thereby producing all their particulars and legal documentation. Then they can be vetted and established whether they are legal or illegal and the correct action taken concerning them and their medical issues, as to whether they merit free medical or not. But the fact remains freee meddical is actually for legal citizens of South Africa. So, im not sure what's the way forward concerning these foreigners.
