FRENCH HELICOPTER PLAN to RESCUE SPIES in BURKINA FASO — TRAORÉ THREATENS to SHOOT DOWN

When a team of French intelligence agents — members of the DGSE — were detained in Burkina Faso, Paris faced a crisis that tested both its nerve and its influence.
This investigative story follows the hidden decisions, the secret rescue plans, and the political warnings that shaped one of the most tense episodes in France’s recent history in Africa.

🔍 What This Video Covers

The Capture:
How several DGSE operatives were arrested in Ouagadougou amid collapsing relations between France and Burkina Faso, and what that meant for Paris’s waning power in the Sahel.

The Rescue Plan:
Inside DGSE headquarters, a daring helicopter mission was drafted — a plan inspired by legendary hostage rescues in history, yet doomed by geography, risk, and politics.

Traoré’s Warning:
Captain Ibrahim Traoré, the young leader who redefined Burkinabè sovereignty, declared any unauthorised aircraft would be treated as a hostile act. His words turned a tactical plan into a geopolitical showdown.

The Decision to Cancel:
As pressure mounted, France hesitated. Military logic collided with diplomatic fear, and the plan was quietly abandoned. The silence that followed spoke louder than any statement.

Morocco’s Mediation:
When direct action failed, France turned to diplomacy. Morocco — respected by Traoré and trusted across West Africa — became the unlikely broker who secured the agents’ release through backchannel negotiations.

The Outcome:
Burkina Faso freed the French detainees in December 2024, and Morocco extended €60 million in aid soon after. The DGSE succeeded — not by force, but through diplomacy.

💬 What It Means

This story reveals how the balance of power in Africa is shifting.
France, once the unchallenged authority in the Sahel, now navigates a landscape where sovereignty speaks louder than legacy — and where Captain Ibrahim Traoré symbolises a continent asserting its own destiny.

It’s not just another headline in burkina faso news — it’s a lesson in how pride, politics, and patience can redraw the lines of power.

  1. France 🇫🇷 don't mess with Africa they so strong and powerful 👏 💪 🙌 🙏 super BRICS and Russia and China and BRICS country are winning and strong bye bye France 😂😂😂😂😂

  2. What happened to the UN, the ICC, and all the other international organizations France runs to to force Africans to stay submissive and enslaved? Africa needs to continue to arm herself, and be prepared to fight for her freedom and respect.

  3. OUR LIVING GOD SAID IF HE IS FOR YOU HOW CAN THE WORLD BE AGAINST YOU. GOD TRULY IS WITH MOTHER AFRICA MAY HE CONTINUE TO BLESS MOTHER AFRICA AND YOU THREE PRESIDENTS OF MOTHER AFRICA IN THE NAME OF OUR BLACK LORD AND SAVIOR YAH JESUS CHRIST. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️💯💯💯💯🎁

  4. But what's next now that Traore has come out to openly accuse Morocco as being complicit in some plots with others to assassinate him? We wait to see. Beyond this however is that in as far as Burkina Faso is concerned, France is completely out forever. It's a spiritual matter and it's divine. France will never have any foot hold in Burkina Faso to dominate them again. The earlier France understand and accept this, the better for them. It will take years of humility in relationship for France to be accepted for any meaningful engagement in Burkina Faso.

  5. Ibrahim Traore is a soldier's soldier. The Great Ancestors will protect him. Not since the Kayamagas of Ghana that West Africa had been free. Captain Traore and his colleagues are working to pick up where the Kaymagas left off. They, and the other Great Ancestors, including the Twins, will continue to intervene with God to protect him and his AES colleagues and all the African leaders who will walk in their footsteps.
