Tanzania Election Violence: Authorities “Secretly Dumping Protesters Bodies” |Firstpost Africa| N18G

Tanzania faces global outrage after the opposition accuses security forces of “secretly dumping the bodies” of protesters killed during post-election violence. Following the disputed presidential polls on October 29, demonstrations erupted across Dar es Salaam and other cities over alleged vote rigging. Opposition party CHADEMA claims more than 800 people were killed, while President Samia Suluhu Hassan blames foreign interference. Human Rights Watch condemned the deaths during protests after reported excessive use of force and internet blackouts, urging accountability. Observers from the Southern African Development Community also stated the election fell short of democratic standards, intensifying pressure on the Tanzanian government.

  2. most of people were not even protesters, lots of youths went for mass destruction and stealing both government and private properties. it was not a legal PROTEST with a specific AGENDA. I AM a youth and lost a brother too but these chaos were not a good thing. So at least stop looking for more chaos to put our country to more troubles.

  3. TANZANIA WAS NO PROTESTS WHAT WAS IS LOOTING AND BURNING OTHER PEOPLE BELONGING.WHERE DID YOU SEE PROSTET ON VOTING DAY ALSO IN ALL VIDEOS HAVE YOU SEEN PROSTATERS CARRING BOARDS TO CONDEMS OR TO SUPPORT SOMETHING? THIS BULSHIT ALSO POLICE AND ARMY THEY DID THEIR DUTIES TO PROTECT PEOPLE AGAINST LOOTERS

  5. “The youth of Tanzania should not stop their struggle. By achieving the goals you have set for yourselves, you must become a great example not only for other Africans but also for us Ethiopians.”💪💪💪

  6. Thanks to all people around the world for talking about this.

Our local media is totally controlled by the government on what to talk about and what not to talk about.

    Oct 29th was a massacre!
This regime is unlawfully leading our country.

  7. As humans we need to stop thinking leadership qualities are based off of gender, race, tribe, etc etc. Feminists out here believe female is the solution to all problems, we need to choose wisely. Tanzania will prevail, fighting corruption and dictatorship is not easy, ata sisi our president Ruto atatoka tu.

  8. For those who don't know, what happened in tanzania was a result of a bigger regional pattern executed by the so called
"OPEN SOCIETY  FOUNDATION"  a branch of the global network society founded by billionear George Soros, OSF  has its southern Africa regional offices in Nairobi Kenya, this is not the first time OSF is being acused of crossing the line, in Ethiopia OSF was expelled in 2021 for meddling in internal politics, in Uganda OSF offices was  shut down by Authorities  for funding NGO's political mobilization, in Rwanda it was acused of exporting external distabilization and in Zimbabwe OSF was labeled part of soft regime change Agenda, in Tanzania some of those detained and deported or flagged by Tanzania inteligence service  include, Boniface mwangi, hanifa adan,Gloria kimani and former Kenyan chief justice Willy Mutunga! tanzania  called it a "foreign backed invasion", these activist were flown into tanzania, booked into $400 night hotel, handed shopping money and sent to target the government, the Government acted swiftly and uncovered their evil intentions, So many people just don't get the correct news and are caught in lies and misinformation.

  9. Let me guess…SHARIA LAW dictatorship Barbarian strikes again? The Islamic DEAD eyes give it away. Funded by the middle east? This seems to be happening IN England, New York….its getting rather common. They have FAR TOO much oil money…..too much cash. I thnk the UN and EU and Labour Party in England are totally Islamic CCP captured. completely, they are selling out the western countries.

  10. You cannot say you create an investigation why you're the one who gives order to kill his Citizen people they need the bodies for their people and they cannot find anywhere So we need an investigation from outside especially UN and ICC to come and make an investigation but not investigation from our country

  11. #I strongly reject the allegation that Tanzanian authorities are #secretly dumping protesters’ bodies.# This claim is baseless, sensational, and lacks any credible evidence.
Tanzania remains a nation committed to peace, accountability, and respect for human rights. Spreading unverified narratives only fuels confusion and undermines national unity.

As a responsible young Tanzanian, I stand for truth, stability, and accurate reporting. Our country’s integrity must be protected from misinformation designed to mislead the public and distort reality. #
