  1. 😢😢I honestly think this guy mkhwanazi ìs incompetent & dumb, he was never supposed to be given such a high position as HOD with that poor IQ, he is stupidity, his a joke! That's a problem on its own., his exposed himself to be an easy target HOD, that's dangerous for the EMPD and our country, he is weak for a commissioner.

  2. Utter shameful
Tell us about the skills they have? I haven't heard any answer from the witness about any specific skill
His interpretation of policies in his capacity leaves a lot to be desired. Im afraid he has dismally failed in his attempt to clear his name. Based on his testimony, he should work under consistent supervision he is even a threat to himself

  3. Julius does not understand English as expected, what he is trying to say is that he went to meet Van Wyk as a potential stake holder and he sees nothing wrong with meeting him, to him it is normal, however, he does not know what the policy states on that matter.

I am not saying that he is correct, all I am saying is that his English limitations in expressing himself makes him look like he is deflecting.

  4. He is exhausting to watch. He likes to roam around the question, he derails to deviate from the question.(habits of a liar). It’s embarrassing how this man got this far in leadership, a leader who cannot articulate himself well. Even when asked questions in Zulu language, he struggles to articulate himself.

Regenesys is definitely not proud of this candidate.
