When they tried this in Austin Texas. I beat it when i went to hang my Proud Boy Flag. Letting them know once they allowed a 3rd party to fly theirs it became a public forum. Which means they have to allow others hang theirs. Without discrimination of view points. If a government opens a flagpole to diverse third-party, private submissions (like Boston City Hall did), it may be considered a public forum. In such cases, the government cannot discriminate based on viewpoint.

I don't think I've ever had issues when girls want to use the men's restroom…. it's when someone uses the women's restroom that becomes an issue
If they can't get into women's bathrooms and private spaces , it defeats the purpose. When you get used to women walking around half naked in public , testing the boundaries becomes full nudity , public bathing and younger interests. There's no mystery in where this is heading. Pray they don't succeed .
