More calls for undocumented migrants to leave South Africa

More calls for undocumented migrants to leave South Africa

Edit:
An eNCA reporter in Qonce captured this moment between an anti-illegal immigration protester and a Nigerian migrant. The man said he fled a war in Nigeria and settled in South Africa in 2005.

Calls are growing for undocumented migrants to leave South Africa.

More anti-illegal immigration protests took Qonce in the Eastern Cape, insisting migrants should close down their businesses. #eNCA

  1. Homes affairs stop selling our country south Africa for south Africans not on sale all those employee who's are involved I'n selling id to foreigner's they must b punish by law I called them law breakers

  2. South Africa govt are quiet meaning they gave consent to their citizens to attack foreigners. It so sad to see this because he's document and doing legal business. Shame on South Africa government.

  3. ENCA this was low journalism , one day you will atone for your evil treatment trust me, tables will turn..as a journalistic organization, you dont have to take sides , but here you are promoting vigilantism and barbarism.. foreign citizens have rights..your line of questioning is against international standards..

  4. who voted for the union of South Africa in 1909? before tge Freemen of the Cape Province under English Common law were alienated and classed as Africans and Blacks by the Apartheid regime, they were Freemen with Freehold estates. I want my Estate and nation, restore the Crown and give this land back to Its Enfranchised people who were disenfranchised by the Communism of the ANC in partnership with the Apartheid regime. We never voted for the Union, and we are not blacks or africans, we are the Kingdom we are. we want our land back. The Original Contract: The 1835 Oath and subsequent freehold grants created a permanent, sovereign-to-subject contract under English Common Law.
Inalienable Rights: Because these rights are "inalienable," no third party—neither the Union of 1909, the Nationalist Apartheid regime of 1948, nor the democratic government of 1994—has the legal authority to erase a covenant made between British subjects and the British Sovereign.
The Current Status: Since the Crown never formally issued a royal decree revoking those specific Mfengu titles, the subsequent laws passed by South African parliaments (like the Group Areas Act that dispossessed them) are viewed by this group as ultra vires (acting beyond legal authority) and fundamentally invalid.I as a Mfengu want my Sovereignty backBecause the amaMfengu never consented to the 1909 Union, never voted in the 1960 referendum to form the Republic, and hold an unrevoked covenant directly with the British Sovereign, they exist in a unique legal category. Under this logic, the modern parliament, the president, and the constitution cannot act as their voice or alter their status without their explicit consent.

  5. Nigeria was not fighting a civil war in 2005? This is the problem. We are not stupid. These people have so much disrespect for South Africans! Ridiculous and shameful!

  6. A news anchor attacking someone like this. You should be ashamed to publish this video eNCA. Irregardless of nationality people deserve to be treated with a measure of respect. Good reporters can do this kind of investigative reporting without threatening people or intimidating them.

  7. Look I’m all for putting your own people first unemployment in large numbers and the deterioration that follows from it is draining but this man looks terrified 🙄he can’t even find his words properly idk if it’s the correct way to go about it because weather people wanna accept it or not this is the ANCs fault , they’re the ones taking bribes behind closed doors and they want the immigrants so they can work for cheap so punish the government for choosing to be snakes bc they’re the ones sitting back in luxury houses with luxury cars when the everyday SA is struggling to get by … this man wouldn’t be in the country without assistance so there’s no point in circling him like a pack of hyenas

  8. They say we are cowards but look at this grown man scared of a war not happening anywhere in Nigeria 😂 kids are held hostage he is here talking about an id so stupid that he doesn't realize it's illegal

  9. If they leave and the stopped taking the 12% of jobs will we magically get 100% employment from the ANC 😂 when they all gone who gets blamed for South African unemployment then. They took white owned businesses away and now everyone is suffering.

  10. What is the status of the harraser? I doubt he's an immigration officer or a law enforcement officer. It's called taking the law into your own hands. We shouldn't sell ourselves this short, making arses of ourselves. Haybo
