African involvement in Russia’s war against Ukraine could be far higher than previously thought. The Ukrainian government says nearly 3,000 fighters have been recruited by Russia from across the continent, and more than 300 have been killed on the battlefield. Back home, only a handful of governments, including Kenya and Ghana, have publicly pushed back, raising concerns over recruitment and the fate of their citizens.
But for one group, the uncertainty is even deeper: those who’ve been captured.
The BBC’s Sammy Awami gained rare access to a prisoner-of-war facility in western Ukraine, where African men are now caught between war, politics, and an uncertain future.

So, in the surrender document, Zelensky MUST include an item to the effect that:
12. NO country resumes diplomatic relations with Russia until all of the above* are done, or 10 years, whichever is longer. (*all of the above are items 0 (Zero) to 11B, and will be explained below.)
To be enforced by the European Union, NATO, the UN, and the Congress of the United States.
Ukrainians should hit the streets with signs and chants:
NATO TRIGGER ARTICLE 5! NATO TRIGGER ARTICLE 5! NATO TRIGGER ARTICLE 5! NATO TRIGGER ARTICLE 5!
Rutte's triggering of Article 5 should be accompanied by a declaration of war and a 30-day period to surrender. The end of the 30-day period is specified.
This gives NATO time to move troops and equipment to the Russian border.
And while the 30-day period is running after Rutte triggering Article 5, Zelensky should turn the tables on Putin and issue a MERCILESS surrender document. Publish it ALL OVER THE PLACE. Make sure Putin and Trump read it.
Along the lines of:
0. Ukraine joins NATO.
00. Ukraine gets all its territories back, including Crimea.
000. Russia loses ALL its military outposts:
Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Syria, Libya, Central African Republic, Niger, Burkina Faso, Mali, Equatorial Guinea, Japan, Georgia and Moldova.
0000. Russia loses UN veto power.
00000. Putin’s and the oligarchs’ fortunes get confiscated and deposited in a Swiss bank. It includes palaces, yachts, etc. As it gets liquidated it gets reimbursed to Russian familes and businesses who don’t have a criminal record.
1. Russia loses its Air Force.
2. Russia loses its Navy. Includes the shadow fleet.
3. Russia loses its nukes. ALL OF THEM!
4. Russia loses Kaliningrad.
ALL 1 to 4 will now belong to NATO.
5. After Putin is captured, his team must also be captured. Then, a rude, face-to-face awakening interview must be arranged, where Putin is muzzled and tied to a chair. Then, one by one, his team gets to tell him the truth they could not tell him before. Putin will be given the chance to realize he was not winning but was instead driving Russia over a cliff.
It must be recorded and distributed across social media with English subtitles for weeks and weeks.
6. All oligarchs are brought to justice.
7. All war criminals are tried and sentenced at The Hague. Death penalties as appropriate.
8. Russia pays for 100% of the reconstruction.
9. Any republic that wants to break away is free to do so.
10. All kidnapped children are returned, counseled, and deprogrammed. Russia pays for this.
11. Russia finances a massive deprogramming evolution to deprogram Russians of decades of brainwashing. Russia pays for this.
This will include radio, TV, internet, and B-52s dropping millions of flyers throughout all of Russia, exposing all of Putin's lies.
Effectiveness is measured monthly through surveys and continues until a 90% success rate is achieved.
11A. As part of this deprogramming evolution, Putin's propaganda machine gets dismantled worldwide. As it is being dismantled, they now broadcast corrections to all the lies they did broadcast for decades. Russia pays for this.
11B. Russia's hybrid warfare operations are dismantled worldwide. Those in charge get apprehended and sent to The Hague for trials.
12. NO country resumes diplomatic relations with Russia until all of 0 (Zero) to 11B above are done, or 10 years, whichever is longer. To be enforced by the European Union, NATO, the UN, and the Congress of the United States.
13. As restitution for all the damage Russia caused to Ukraine, Russia grants Ukraine access to Siberia in perpetuity. (I would not mind if people started calling Siberia "New Ukraine.")
14. Russia pays for two freeways to be constructed.
Tentatively, one between Mariupol and Novosibirsk. And the other one between Kharkiv and Tura.
Engineering surveys will determine the final destinations. Satellite images are to be used as needed.
The Americans build the one between Kharkov and Tura. The Germans build the one between Mariupol and Novosibirsk.
There will be NATO military and Air Force bases along both freeways, no more than 400 miles apart.
This will be a deterrent for China to invade Siberia.
The private sector is encouraged to build service stations, McDonald's, Motels, etc., at every exit.
There you go.

This is sick and exploitation. I understand if people volunteered as the man did in Ukraine, but tricking poor people with promises of a better life is wrong.
