My best friend is a black dude. I met him in 2004 right after bootcamp in flight school in the military. By luck we got stationed together and have been all over the world together. My wife and his wife are both Japanese. These days he's a successful Naval Officer with a side hustle of running his own civilian flight school and teaching people how to fly. We are about to retire soon and he keeps turning down job offers from the airlines who tell him to get out of the military ASAP. He will be an airline pilot as soon as he leaves active service. We aren't just drinking buddies who claim we are good friends. We have been to war and back together and he knows me more than my own family. He has a Masters is business and he never complains about what these people in this video complain about. Its all a mindset. If you think you are held down, you will always be down.
