Perhaps I'm wrong but this doesn't seem like a genocide to me? The government is not orchestrating the killing of white farmers it seems what they are doing is incompetence at best. The actions they are taking are not deliberate actions to wipe out an entire racial group. Compare to the current palestinian genocide. It remains that white farmers are being killed unjustly and the government is somewhat accountable for that, but the government is not deliberately orchestrating this. Akin to the difference of manslaughter and first degree murder.
