If you have seriously been paying attention to the things that the Trump administration has been trying to do to the accomplishments to fair and just civil rights over the past year, and still want to call democrats "shills" you are either not paying attention or are just willing to ignore the attacks on civil rights just in order to call democrats "shills". Your use of the term then becomes illegible for consideration as you are promoting an much worse idea that against the policies that are more civil. I hope cannon gets some understanding also. Democracy needs both parties to understand.
