    Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.

    Until we get a anti crime bill for FBA's and Full reparations. We don't give a nickel worth of dog meat about what your facing in America.

  3. BLACK FAMILY: I know that y'all THINK that those individuals who SIT on the U.S. SUPREME COURT are legally brilliant people, but you are sadly MISTAKEN. You be-LIE-ve this because someone NOMINATED them for their JUDICIAL SEATS and THEY got enough VOTES in the U.S. SENATE to be appointed thereto.

    But don't MISTAKE the JUDICIAL POWER that THEY have thereafter, – – which unfortunately CANNOT be OVERRULED by any other COURT in the land, – – as this meaning that THEY always INTERPRET the LAW and the U.S. CONSTITUTION in the MOST CORRECT manner. THEY do NOT.

    Sometimes this INCORRECT-ness has been HISTORICALLY LEGALLY DONE on PURPOSE for RACIAL REASONS, and in CONTRADICTION to the LAW and the CONSTITUTION; and other times it is just DONE as a RESULT of THEIR own TWISTED and INEPTED MINDS, based solely on their WHYTE-ness.

    In either case, there is NOTHING in it that is intended to be good for BLACK AMERICANS (FBAs), if these WHYTE JUSTICES – – and that's what THEY have been (i.e., R@CIST WHYTE MEN), with few exceptions, – – can PREVENT anything GOOD coming therefrom.

Thorough recounting of american history with receipts, Mike Tv, blacks are the indigenous american. Our story is way greater than the transatlantic slave trade. And until we gain a thorough grasp of who we are and where we come from, Reparations will continue to be a pipe dream. Stop centering the Reparations argument solely on chattel slavery. You are excluding a whole group of black american people. And you will not grasp the totality of what we are owed.

  8. Did the average citizen own gatling guns and cannons? Did he use them for self defense? What about that militia thing in the same sentence as "shall not be infringed" ? Scalia said every word in the constitution mattered…., until it didn't.

    While Howard proposed the exact language establishing birthright citizenship for anyone born in the United States and subject to its jurisdiction, ( he noted during debates that this "of course" excluded the children of foreign ambassadors and aliens temporarily on U.S. soil.) However, the Supreme Court and legal scholars have heavily debated how these specific floor comments align with the actual text of the amendment as ratified🤫🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 HOW YOU GET FROM WHAT IT SAYS TO WHAT IT MEANT.   10. It's clear to all nine of them, and the lower judges, what the amendment means, but why didn't they write it more clearly. Laws are supposed to be simple and clear, never mind subject to the jurisdiction thereof. The election law that appeared about the same time in the Constitution is known for being obtuse.
